DOUBLE DIFFUSER BAN FOR 2011
F1 technical chiefs have agreed to ban double rear diffusers from the beginning of 2011. The diffusers caused controversy at the start of 2009 when Brawn, Toyota and Williams ran them. The FIA confirmed their legality after the matter went to the Court of Appeal.

Flavio Briatore has won his court action against a lifetime ban from motorsport. The Tribunal de Grande Instance in Paris ruled that the FIA's sanction was illegal and has awarded Briatore 15000 Euros compensation.
