NO AGREEMENT REACHED BETWEEN TEAMS AND FIA
No agreement has been reached over the two tier £40m budget cap following the F1 teams meeting at Heathrow. However, Bernie Ecclestone now believes the two-tier idea will be scrapped. Ferrari are now reported to be pursuing the matter through the French Courts.
