ROLAND RATZENBERGER - 15 YEARS ON

FIA TO INTRODUCE £40M BUDGET CAP FOR 2010
The FIA have announced that they have increased the F1 budget cap to £40m, up from the proposed £30m. The proposal is designed to encourage new teams to enter the championship, with several outfits showing an interest.
