BMW SAUBER RESTRUCTURES TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
BMW Sauber have announced that current Technical Director Willy Rampf will begin a new role within the team as Technical Co-ordinator from 1st Nov 2008. Rampf wished to reduce his workload but will still have a major role to play within the team. still His current role will be filled by Walter Riedel.

SENNA IN TALKS WITH BMW SAUBER?
There are rumours that Bruno Senna is in talks with BMW Sauber about a role within the team for 2009. He is being backed by Toro Rosso team co-owner Gerhard Berger. Senna made his racing debut with the Formula BMW UK championship in 2004.

ABU DHABI GP 2009 DATE PERFECT SAYS SULAYEM
It has been confirmed that the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will conclude the 2009 F1 Season. The race will take place on 15 November 2009 and Mohammed ben Sulayem, the president of the UAE Automobile and Touring Club, has stated that the date is perfect for an exciting season finale.

The FIA has unveiled the provisional 2009 F1 calendar. The 19 race calendar retains the French Grand Prix for a further year and concludes at the brand new Abu Dhabi circuit.

F2 TO RETURN IN 2009
The FIA have announced plans for a new feeder series for F1 to be called Formula Two. Formula Two was the original feeder formula to F1 before Formula 3000 was introduced in 1985.
